The office tower offers 18,000 square feet on each of its five floors and adjoins the Markin MacPhail Centre on the Event and Concourse I levels. The main floor will house pharmaceutical tenants as well as radiology and x-ray services while the second and third floor will house Hockey Canada and other national sport organizations.  The fourth and fifth floors are available for lease.
