The Markin MacPhail Centre has a combined total of six meeting and multipurpose rooms. The meetings will be available for booking for a variety of uses including meetings, conferences, special events, weddings, birthdays and corporate functions.
Meeting Rooms
Four large meeting rooms
- Each room is approximately 1,250 square feet and can hold 80 - 100 people
- The dividing walls are removable and can expand to a room of up to 5,085 square feet
- All rooms are overlooking the International Arena
Two small meeting rooms
- Each room is approximately 448 square feet and can host 12 - 16 people
- The rooms are located between the Joan Snyder Arena, Arenas C and D, overlooking Joan Snyder Arena and Arenas C and D

Multipurpose Room - Opening Spring 2012
- The room is approximately 7,977 square feet and can hold 500 - 600 people
- Movable walls can split the room in three smaller multipurpose rooms of approximately 2,659 square feet in size
- The room overlooks Victory Plaza
