Summer Camp Cancellation Policy

Cancellations greater than 14 days prior to the start date will be refunded less a $20.00 processing fee.
No additional documentation is required.

Cancellations between 14 and 5 days prior to the start date where a doctor's certificate is provided will be refunded less a $20.00 processing fee.

Cancellations between 14 and 5 days prior to the start date where a doctor's certificate is not provided will be credited to the purchaser's account less a $20.00 processing fee.

Program transfers and rescheduling will only be accepted up to 5 days prior to the start date.

Cancellations received less than 5 days prior to the start date will not be refunded.

Tickets

There are NO refunds on ticket purchases. Snow/rain checks will be issued when conditions at Canada Olympic Park do not meet our guests' expectations within 30 minutes from the time of purchase. If the chairlifts or magic carpets are not operational for more than 30 minutes, a snow/rain check will be issued. NO refunds or exchanges will be issued on a snow/rain check.

There are no refunds for missed classes. Injury or sickness during the program where a doctor's certificate is provided will be credited a pro-rated amount to the purchaser's account.

Cancellations greater than 14 days will be refunded.

Cancellations between 14 and 2 days will be credited to the purchaser's account.

Program transfers and rescheduling will only be accepted up to 2 days prior to the program start date.

In the event that WinSport Canada is required to cancel, a credit will be provided.
Credits will be kept on the purchaser's account for one calendar year.

Season Pass Refund Policy - Summer 2012

There will be no refunds on Season Passes unless Refund Insurance is purchased at the time of pass purchase. Refund Insurance is at a cost of $20.00 per pass.Refunds will only be considered due to medical conditions, supported by a doctor's certificate or a transfer of employment, supported by a letter from your employer.

The Refund Insurance purchase price is non-refundable and all Season Passes are non-transferable.

Refund Insurance for family passes covers all members of the pass. No refunds will be given for individual family members.

Refund amounts will be based on the following criteria:

August 1, 2012 to August 30, 2012	50%
September 1, 2012 to September 30, 2012	25%
After September 30, 2012	0%

* Based on the purchase of a Summer Super Pass. Refunds for all other summer pass types will be determined by the number of days left remaining in the season.

Lost or Stolen Passes
If your season pass is lost or stolen, please contact Canada Olympic Park Guest Services. One replacement pass will be printed free of charge. Additional replacement passes are at a cost of $20.00.
