The Canadian Paralympic Committee (CPC) is a not-for-profit, charitable organization that is recognized by the International Paralympic Committee. The CPC's role is to deliver programs that promote and strengthen the Paralympic movement in Canada, empowering persons with physical disabilities, through sport, at all levels.
Canadian Sport

The Canadian Sport website is the link to Canada's Sport Information Resource Centre (SIRC). From community coaches to sport researchers, this world-leading resource centre provides important information for all members of the sporting community.   

The SIRC offers several valuable services including library resources, press releases, job board, research awards, sport discussion and newsletters.
Coaching Association of Canada

The Coaching Association of Canada (CAC) is a not-for-profit amateur sport organization with the mandate to improve the effectiveness of coaching across all levels of the sport system. In 1974 the CAC launched the National Coaching Certification Program. Since then, the association has become a world-leader in coach training and certification.
Canadian Sport Centre Calgary

Canadian Sport Centre - Calgary's mission is to support high-performance athletes to achieve podium performances in international competition.

An Integrated Support Team consisting of world-class professionals support the athlete and coach in both performance and life services, helping them achieve their peak potential. Sport medicine, sport science, sport psychology, nutrition, biomechanics and coaching development are all offered in response to individual needs with the single goal of improving the athlete's performance and reaching the podium.

Life services contribute to an integrated, holistic approach to athlete development and confidence to reach the podium and beyond. The goal is to empower athletes to be self-reliant and to make sound decisions about their careers and their lives.
Saddledome Foundation

The Saddledome Foundation is a nine-member appointed board established in the early 1980s to primarily oversee the management and operation of the Saddledome. The Board is comprised of three directors appointed by the City of Calgary, three appointed by the Province of Alberta and one each from the WinSport Canada, Hockey Canada and the Calgary Exhibition & Stampede.

The Foundation created the Amateur Sport Grant Program through which the Calgary Flames contribute over $800,000 per year to amateur sport, distributed via the Parks Foundation, WinSport Canada and Hockey Canada.
